HTF’s 2.5G DWDM 80km transceivers include an APD photo-detector diode and temperature stabilized DWDM EML transmitter. Digital diagnostic functions are available via an I2C.This module is designed for single mode fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of 100GHz ITU Grid, C Band DWDM wavelength. Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in SFF8472.
